Return, withdrawal

Shipping of the goods distributed by the partners of the Fishinda Marketplace is handled directly by the partners and our customers are also informed directly by the partners providing them with all the details. 
You will find the invoice and the letter of warranty for your order included in the package or attached to it upon delivery. 
The letter of warranty for every product that comes with a guarantee includes all information about the professional repair service that provides the repair. 
The warranty of the products distributed by the partners of the Fishinda Marketplace is provided either by the partner or by the professional repair service.

Withdrawal
When you have ordered goods but later change your mind, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by informing our customer service via e-mail or phone.  
Your request will be forwarded to the responsible Marketplace partner.
In case we are unable to process your request before the shipping process initiates we suggest you that you to deny receiving the goods upon delivery.
